Our Fees:
I offer a free initial consultation. This is not an intake or a therapy session. It is used as an opportunity to get to know each other, decide whether working together is a good fit, and discuss my approach and treatment style.
I do not have a standard fee as everyone’s treatment varies and requires a different level of service. We will provide you with a fee schedule after the free initial consultation. We may offer a sliding scale fee based on income and financial need. Please let us know if you need financial assistance prior to beginning services and we will do our best to work with you.
Payment:
I accept check and credit card payments.
Insurance:
I am not a participating provider in any insurance plan. Please consult your insurance carrier to understand your coverage and to find out if you have out-of-network benefits.
Cancellation Policy:
I kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Regular late cancellations may result in paying the cost of the cancelled session in full.

At this time, we do not. We are considered an out-of-network provider. Your plan, however, may reimburse you a portion of your treatment if you have out-of-network benefits.
Sessions are primarily conducted virtually over a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. In-person sessions can be arranged based on individual needs and clinical considerations.
Everyone’s treatment is individualized – the goal of therapy is to get you back to your life, and doing more of what is important to you. Your goals and values will serve as a guide to help us determine when treatment is finished. Treatment can be brief (<13 sessions) or longer, a year or more, depending on what you hope to accomplish.
Sessions are designed to meet your needs and goals for therapy. Sessions are typically between 45 and 60 minutes long. However, we might hold shorter or longer sessions depending on your specific needs and presenting issues.
